Following some of the best paddle fishing in the world, the Yellowstone River guides your way. This ride has it all, from rolling plains to clear blue lakes. History surrounds you, from dinosaur digs to museums to Makoshika State Park. Out here, no one’s in a rush. Take time to experience the mystique of the Old West and sample some Yellowstone Caviar before it is shipped out to fine locations around the world. A quick detour through Medicine Rocks State Park to view some of the best rock formations north of Utah is well worth the extra time.

DIRECTIONS:

Starting in Glendive, follow the Yellowstone River on I 94 South until you join up with U.S.12 East. To complete the loop, join with U.S. 7 North and enjoy the open road with little traffic. Interact with the map for further details.
